To apply, you must have a level of education corresponding to completed university studies in Danish, Greek/Cypriot, French/Belgian/Luxembourgish, Croatian or Polish law. Additionally, you must be an EU citizen with excellent knowledge of at least 3 EU languages: perfect knowledge of Language 1 (language of the competition), Language 2 (thorough knowledge of French) and Language 3 (thorough knowledge of one of the 24 official EU languages). The European Court of Justice in Luxembourg is looking for highly qualified Danish, Greek, French, Croatian and Polish language lawyer-linguists (grade AD 7). The Court of Justice is responsible for ensuring that the EU law is interpreted and applied in the same way in each Member State and that all Member States and EU institutions abide by it.

As a lawyer-linguist, you will translate complex legal texts, such as judgments of the Court of Justice and General Court, opinions of the Advocates General and written pleadings from at least two official EU languages into your main language. Working at the heart of EU justice, you will play a key role in providing legal analysis in cooperation with the Registries and other departments of the Court of Justice.

Responsibility

We are a CySEC licensed startup forex broker looking to recruit a dynamic individual to join our team of Account Managers. The ideal candidate has a can-do attitude and is eager to learn and provide industry-leading customer support. You would be joining the Cyprus branch of a well-established global group of companies with over 10 years of history in servicing the financial markets

Responsibilities: ? Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and partners, delighting them with the highest level of service and support ? Provide prospective and existing clients with any information they need about the company?s products and services, assist in account opening and cross sell our products ? Train clients on the company?s trading systems and discuss financial markets and factors that move them in a clear manner ? Deal directly with clients via the phone, live chat, email and other social networks ? Monitor day-to-day activities of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive experience ? Listen so as to truly understand, investigate and respond promptly to client enquiries, resolving them satisfactorily ? Manage digital handles for promoting company products on social channels as required ? Be familiar with client onboarding and Know-Your-Client processes, and assist Back Office with follow-ups on KYC documentation ? Full training as well as ongoing one-on-one coaching will be provided
